WHY DO i NEED A MAINTENANCE PLAN?

Our goal is to perform them between the heating & cooling seasons. So we work to get our members scheduled in Fall & Spring, however members have the flexibility to schedule their appointments for whatever works best for them.

We offer both monthly and annual rates, there is no price difference of doing one vs. the other. We find that both are preferred ways to pay for their membership.

Simply put, you will not pay more than once for the same repair in 2-Year period. Any repair that we perform on your system while your are a member is covered for 2-years. If there is a lapse in coverage or we are unable to get your maintenances scheduled the warranty is voided.

Filters are not included in your maintenance plan, however we are more than happy to help you get some ordered to keep on hand. We will change out your filters if you have them as a part of the maintenance.
